Standard Practice Rates

  • Initial Phone Consultation – Free (15 minutes)

  • Intake Assessment – $205 (60 minutes)

  • Follow-up Sessions – $195 (50 minutes)

Dr. Pirasteh is an in-network provider with Modern Health, Lyra Health, and Samata Health Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Payment

Act2Change is a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA/FSA benefits. We do not accept checks of any kind. Payment is due in full at the start of each session and will be collected through our secure client portal.

All clients are required to place a card on file through our secure client portal, SimplePractice.

Reimbursement:

A detailed Superbill statement can be provided to you to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly for more specific information about your plan’s out-of-network coverage.

 
 

Cancellation Policy

If there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24 Hour Notice to avoid being charged the late cancellation fee. You may cancel your appointment by contacting your therapist directly by phone or email.
