At Act2Change, we proudly serve relationships of all forms and structures. We affirm that our services are inclusive to members of the LGBTQQIAAP+, BIPOC, and immigrant communities. Whether you are in a couple or multi-partner relationship, we are here to help you build love and connection in your partnership(s). We believe that relationships are strongest when partners turn toward one another, sharing thoughts, feelings, and perspectives openly and authentically. We improve the quality of relationships by strengthening communication, reducing conflict, and developing shared meaning among partners.
Our therapists have been trained to use PREPARE/ENRICH. This treatment approach assists clients in premarital relationships as they prepare for marriage or deeper commitment, as well as clients in committed relationships that may be looking to enrich their connection. This assessment tool provides an evidence-based curriculum that is designed to improve communication, reduce conflict, and boost overall relationship satisfaction.
Act2Change clinicians have extensive training in systemic approaches to working with couples and relationships. Our therapists utilize modalities such as The Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. These evidence based therapies utilize research-backed interventions that are designed to support troubled couples, marriages, and partnerships.
